The inspiration for Viksen is found in the uniqueness of the ancient Viking architectural style. Used in building their homes and other structures, they were entirely constructed of wood, upon which small roof tiles were then extensively applied. The hand-split wood pattern is smaller than the actual wood pattern of the Shake profile, giving an individual and rustic character to each building.
